These Terms govern your use of the Tarkari app. By creating an account or using Tarkari you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 18. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code; keep access to your number secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate profile, location, stock, delivery and payment information when using Tarkari.
Tarkari is a marketplace platform that connects buyers with independent local sellers (sabziwale) and delivery riders. Sellers and riders are not employees of Tarkari. The quality, freshness, availability and pricing of produce are the seller's responsibility; delivery is the rider's. Tarkari facilitates the connection and payments but is not the seller of the produce.
Buyers may cancel an order while it is still pending or before it is handed to a rider, and sellers may decline orders, per the in-app rules. Prepaid refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment partner. Refund timing depends on the payment partner and the buyer's bank or payment method. Cash orders involve no online payment.
If there is a problem with freshness, missing items, incorrect items, wrong price, delay, failed delivery or cancellation, contact us promptly with the order details. Tarkari may review app records, photos, seller/rider updates and payment status to help resolve the issue. Any replacement, refund or account action may depend on the facts of the order and applicable law.
Seller Pro is optional. Buyer access to the core app is free for launch. Seller Pro may provide benefits such as more visibility in nearby discovery, stock photo boosts, voice offer boosts or customer insights. Exact benefits may vary by plan, geography, device platform and availability.
Do not use Tarkari for anything unlawful, fraudulent or abusive; do not post false listings or reviews, impersonate others, abuse OTP or handoff codes, mislead users about location, stock, price or delivery, or interfere with the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or harm other users.
You keep ownership of the reviews, photos and voice notes you post, and you grant Tarkari a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, display and use them as needed to operate, improve and promote the service. Do not post offensive, infringing, unsafe, private, false or misleading content. We may remove content that violates these Terms or harms users.
Use common sense when meeting sellers, handing over orders or making cash payments. Tarkari may be unavailable or delayed due to maintenance, network issues, third-party services, maps, payment providers or events outside our control. We may change, pause or discontinue features as the service evolves.
The app is provided “as is”. We do not warrant the quality, safety or availability of any seller's produce or the conduct of any user, and we are not a party to the sale between buyer and seller. Map locations, distances, estimated times, live status, stock and prices are best-effort and may not always be exact.
To the extent permitted by law, Tarkari is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts or omissions of independent sellers and riders. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. For material changes, we may notify you in the app or by other reasonable means.
