Delete your Tarkari account
You can delete your account and request deletion of associated personal data at any time.
Fastest method
Open Tarkari, go to Profile or Account, choose Delete account, and confirm. This securely verifies the signed-in account before starting deletion.
Request by email
If you cannot open the app, email us from an address you can access. Include the mobile number linked to your Tarkari account so we can verify ownership. Never send an OTP, UPI PIN, card number, or password.
What is deleted
- Your account profile and role-specific profile data.
- Saved location, notification tokens, favourites, and content that no longer needs to be retained.
- Personal data connected to operational records where deletion is legally and technically permitted.
What may be retained
Limited order, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, safety, or dispute records may be retained where required by law or needed to protect users. Retained records are restricted and are deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
Timing
In-app deletion starts immediately. Email requests begin after account ownership is verified. We will complete verified requests within the period required by applicable law and will contact you if we need more information.
